Below are some common questions about our products

My headphones keep disconnecting from Bluetooth. What should I do?

Try fully charging the device, clearing your old Bluetooth pairings, and re-pairing within a close range. Also, check for firmware updates.

How do I charge the headphones properly?

Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB power source. A full charge takes about two hours.

People can’t hear me clearly during calls. What could be wrong?

Ensure the microphone is positioned near your mouth, the mute switch is off, and your phone has granted microphone access to the app or device.

How do I activate pairing mode?

With the headphones off, press and hold the power button until you see the LED blinking red and blue. Then select your device in your Bluetooth settings.

Why can I still hear outside noise?

Check the fit, with plugs, ensure they’re fully inserted using the roll–pull–hold technique. With earmuffs, make sure there’s a tight seal around the ear with no gaps caused by hair or glasses.

How do I know if my earplugs fit correctly?

With foam plugs, after insertion, you should feel a snug seal and notice a clear drop in noise. Only a small portion of the plug should be visible.

Are your products safe for children?

Yes. Our baby and toddler earmuffs are tested to meet U.S. and international safety standards and provide age-appropriate protection.

What's the NRR?

“NRR, or Noise Reduction Rating, is a number that shows how much sound a hearing protector can block. The higher the NRR, the more noise it reduces.”

Will these protect me at a concert or motorsport event?

Absolutely. We designed our hearing protectors for high-impact environments, including concerts, races, and loud work zones.

What is "Passive" hearing protection ?

“Passive hearing protection reduces noise simply through its design and materials, without the need for electronics or extra features.”

What does "push-to-fit" mean?

Push-to-fit earplugs are a type of earplug that features a stem and a soft foam tip, eliminating the need to roll down the foam before insertion.

Users hold the stem to glide the foam tip into the ear canal, providing a convenient way to protect hearing without needing to roll the foam.

Are push-to-fit earplugs better than foam plugs?

Foam plugs are very effective in providing hearing protection, if they are inserted correctly.

Push-to-fit earplugs are easier for most people to insert properly, making them a more user-friendly option.

What are the best earmuffs for my child?

“The best earmuffs are the ones your child will actually wear! A higher NRR (Noise Reduction Rating) means more noise is reduced, but comfort and style matter too. If your child prefers a pair with sparkles or fun designs, even if the NRR is a little lower than plain black ones, let them choose the pair they’re excited about.

My child does not like to wear earmuffs. What should I do?

“Let them choose a pair they like! Many kids’ earmuffs come in fun colors and designs. When children get to pick a style that excites them, they’re often much more willing to wear them.”

It also helps if parents set a good example by wearing hearing protection themselves—kids are more likely to follow along when they see you doing the same.”

Do earplugs fit kids?

Standard earplugs are made for adult ear canals, and most children’s ears are too small for them. While smaller earplugs do exist, I only recommend them for kids who are old enough to insert them correctly on their own. Proper fit is very important—many adults don’t even get it right. For guidance, see my tutorials on correct insertion.

Earplugs don't fit me. What should I do?

First, make sure you’ve learned the proper technique for inserting earplugs. It’s not difficult once you know the trick—watch my video tutorial for guidance.

Second, earplugs are not one-size-fits-all. There are many different styles and sizes available. I’ve tested a wide variety with people, and there isn’t one “best” option—it really depends on the individual.

TWO TYPES OF HEARING PROTECTION THAT ARE PRACTICAL FOR THE TRACK

Push to Fit Earplugs with a Cord

Electronic Earmuffs

Why Push-to-Fit?

They’re quicker and easier to insert than foam plugs, which need to be rolled down. Push-to-fit earplugs make it easier to achieve a proper fit.

Why the Cord?

At the track, loud noise is intermittent, so earplugs will be taking in and out often. A cord makes this practical—you can let them hang around your neck instead of digging them out of your pocket each time you need them.
